SMS consent given to TATN does not authorize marketing messages from PROGMAX, the business operating SHOPGRID, or another business. The inquiry-routing provisions above do not override these SMS restrictions.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, applicable recordkeeping obligations, and dispute resolution. Consent and opt-out records may be retained to document permission and prevent unwanted messaging.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Program name and purpose

The TATN Customer Communications program is operated by The Automation Technology Network, LLC. It provides nonmarketing text messages concerning your inquiries, requested follow-ups, and customer support. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Consent and participation

Participation is optional and requires your affirmative consent to receive messages from TATN for the disclosed purpose. Visiting this website, accepting its general terms, submitting an ordinary contact inquiry, or providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in the SMS program.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You must be the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided. Please notify us if you relinquish or change that number. This program does not include promotional messaging.

Consent applies to TATN's identified program and does not enroll you in messaging from another company or product operator featured on this website.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries and support interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider determines applicable charges. Contact your provider with questions about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you provide new consent.

You may also request removal through our contact form. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from contacting us through other channels or change your rights under a separate customer agreement.
